中医学“先天之精”与骨髓间充质干细胞同源关系研究

摘要:

“先天之精”在中医理论中是人体的发生、发育和修复的物质基础,是维持生命活动的根本。骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMMSCs)是骨髓中的一种具有多重分化潜能的干细胞亚群,具有多向分化潜力。虽然两者理论表述各异,但均阐释了人体生长、发育和繁殖的基本生命规律,表明“先天之精”与BMMSCs在理论上同源,在生理功能上高度相似、病理生理变化过程相似,衰老机制高度相关,可以作为中医药干预BMMSCs分化治疗骨质疏松症的切入点。同时,基于两者同源关系探讨补肾填精法干预BMMSCs成骨分化防治骨质疏松症的研究,提出基于“阴阳互根互用理论”以补肾填精法防治绝经后骨质疏松的临床研究机制。通过对“先天之精”与BMMSCs的同源关系研究进展的梳理,进一步探究补肾填精法防治绝经后骨质疏松的相关机制,以期提高其临床应用价值,并为中医药防治绝经后骨质疏松研究提供新的思路。

Abstract:

In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, "innate essence" is the material basis for the occurrence, development and repair of the human body, and the basis for maintaining life activities. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs) are a subgroup of stem cells in the bone marrow with multiple differentiation potential. Although the two theories are different, they both explain the basic life laws of human growth, development and reproduction, suggesting that "congenital essence" and BMMSCs are theoretically homologous, highly similar in physiological function, similar in pathophysiological transformation process, and accompanied by aging mechanism, which can be used as the entry point for TCM intervention in BMMSCs differentiation and treatment of osteoporosis. At the same time, based on the homologous relationship between the two, the study of "tonifying kidney and filling essence" intervention in bone differentiation of BMMSCs to prevent osteoporosis was discussed, and the clinical research mechanism of preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis by tonifying kidney and filling essence was proposed based on the "theory of the mutual use of Yin and Yang". Based on the review of relevant studies, this paper reviewed the progress of research on the homologous relationship between congenital essence and BMMSCs, and further explored the relevant mechanism of "supplementing kidney essence" in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis to improve its clinical application value and provide new ideas for the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
